Does the thought of working out bore you to death?

When it comes to fitness, have you realized that you’re not quite getting the results you want by yourself?  Do you walk into the gym and think “what the heck are half of these machines for?”  The Foundational Fitness program is designed for people who, according to their own measure, are “really out of shape”, don’t know where to start, and want to work out with folks in the same boat.

This program is for 18 year olds through 118 year olds who might not be comfortable working out right next to a 22 year old fitness buff (even if you think he/she is hot).  You will train with a group of people that will quickly become friends, and a certified trainer will instruct and manage your group at all times.  You’ll learn the correct way to perform all of our functional exercises using proper form and technique, and all workouts will be scaled to your current ability and fitness level.

We know, working out is supposed to be boring, most training programs are. Here, we do fun stuff. We flip tires, swing sledgehammers, climb stuff, pick things up, play with kettlebells, drop things, throw things, jump on stuff, and just in general do things our bodies were designed to do.

It’s not easy, and that’s why it works! If you follow our program, we guarantee you will be stronger, faster, and just plain feel better.  It’s hard work. You won’t be reading a magazine or watching TV, but you’ll have a great time, in a class filled with people just like you.
